Several weeks ago, many people around Union City experienced something that we don’t normally see.  Below average temperatures straight from the Arctic had many residents seeing -3-degree readings on the thermometer outside.  Many people began to worry when their HVAC units weren’t keeping their houses as warm as they thought that the units should.  So, what did many people do?   They called someone they trusted.  That someone was our team at LarcomAir.

Our office lines were flooded with calls from people who were concerned about their units.  Every call was answered or returned in a timely manner by one of our multiple office staff or techs. We were determined to assist every customer’s concern and do everything in our power to get them heat.  The roads were treacherous, and the temperatures were dangerously low with sub-zero wind chills.  We had multiple techs out trying to repair and assist our customers.

Luckily the techs answering the phones were experienced enough to get most customers’ HVAC units running just by talking to them over the phone and giving them simple directions.  Of course, there were some residents who did need an in-person visit from a tech.

LarcomAir appreciates that you trusted us to take care of you and your family during this unusually cold snap and throughout the remaining year.    Remember that we are here when you need us always.
